General Requirements
Membership may be submitted for approval by the Membership Committee if one of the following requirements is met:

• Sr. Officer of a company with a minimum of $100mil in annual revenue (Sr. Officer implies that you are, at minimum, the senior-most executive over a particular function such as HR, Technology, Marketing, etc) 
• A political leader (Mayor, Congressman, etc)
• Sr. Leader of a significant Non-profit Organization or Educational Institution ($10mil minimum annual operating budget)
• A known leader in the investment community (Private Equity, VC, Angel, etc) 
• A "Local Leader" who possess a unique capability or reputation (such as a celebrity).  Membership approval is at the discretion of CXO Management.  

Sr. Officers in Transition 

CXO supports collaboration among executives holding qualifying positions within significant companies.
